They did an excellent job cleaning up the sargasso. My daughter and I felt safe at all times. The staff, well they are amazing. I loved the different food choices too.

This is a smaller resort but we really enjoyed how relaxing it was and more importantly how close it is to the sea turtles! We made the short walk down the beach and got guided snorkeling tour where we saw 3 different big sea turtles. It was only $25 per person to do this. The food was definitely above average and we didn’t have any trouble getting a table for our party of 6. No reservations are required. The rooms were very nice. Our A/C didn’t get as low as we set it, but it was cool enough to sleep. We would definitely return again.

We had to make a room change because we were put on the opposite side of the resort, building four instead of building one. The pool in front of building one was cloudy before the start of the day. I actually only seen it being cleaned once and that was on our last day. They provided old torn room towels. They cleaned our room but not the shower, they left old wash towels in the shower without providing fresh ones. One day room service came at four, we told them too late because we were getting ready to go out. The breakfast buffet has lack of options, had the same type of food from the old ABR days. The new snack bar took at least and hour before getting our food. The sushi bar had one person making sushi which took him about five minutes to make a roll. If someone wanted two rolls and you had five people standing in line, you could be waiting for over half and hour. They use to have the sushi pre made in a mini glass fridge that they didn't have this time. I know this is out of the resorts control but there's no more beautiful beach. Sargassum and beach erosion has wiped away the beach. The sargassum is seasonal and usually hit and miss but the beach is a lot less than before. There used to be a volleyball court but no room for it. The palapas are all crammed together and almost impossible to get one with the towel game that's played. At this time in years past there was a lot of turtle nest in front of the resort, but not no more, at least that I've seen. 😔

Property was very noisy from 6:30 am onward from people slamming doors to rush down and claim their chairs on the beach which is against the hotel rules but not enforced. We have never stayed at an all-inclusive where they ran out of 3 different brands of Rum. Ridiculous! Our building had constant construction noise also from 9am to around 6pm for the total of 8 days we were there. This place had great reviews but I'm not sure who is writing those reviews?

I like the beauty of the Natural site on the Caribbean Sea. Had a wonderful time until my wife became ill from either the food or the water. I also became ill the last day of the trip which put a sour into our experience.
