Always the best hospitality from the mexicsn people, I couldn’t expect more from this resort, me and my wife enjoyed all the amenities, activities, shows, the dancing club, every bartender, all personnal was super nice , restaurants very accesible too, and the beautiful sea was the best combination for the perfect vacations!! 10’stars!!

We go to this side of Mexico every year for a quick getaway, mostly down south towards Playa Del Carmen. We've been to some high end all inclusives as well as mid-tier, more affordable resorts.. With that said, this resort is clean, property is well kept but that's about it. Staff is not the friendliest we've encountered. FOOD is terrible, there isn't much option at the breakfast buffets or lunch (think french fries, hot dogs at the grill), at the other resorts we've been too there is usually at least one restaurant that offers sit down dining options for lunch that serve ceviche, fresh grill fish, tacos, burgers etc.. Dinner is not much better, nothing seemed fresh. Drinks are watered down sugar water. If you've been to their Adults only sister resort hoping to have the same or fairly similar experience with service, food and overall ambience, this is not it. We've been to mid-tier resorts at more affordable price with much better food and service. We don't recommend upgrading to preferred. You get access to an adults only pool but drinks are still the same there. They don't offer any special access to restaurants for breakfast (like they do at their sister resort).. you just get seated in a different area. Rooms are big but a bit bare inside. Their amenities are also pretty sad, like the sports bar and theater room.. it isnt a place you want to hang out. If food and drinks are a big for you on vacation we'd unfortunately skip this resort.

My husband and I got married at Dreams Jade Resort on 2/17, and everything was beautiful and perfect! Shoutout to our wedding coordinator, Abelardo Bonilla; he was very thorough, patient, and a pleasure to work with. He made us feel at ease and less stressed throughout the whole process. We met with him 2 days before the wedding, and he guided us through everything and did a walk-through of the ceremony with our family. He was present at every event, overseeing everything, and made sure everything was going as planned. Also big shoutout out to the waiters and other staff that made our Bonfire wedding event, and wedding reception amazing! Emiliano, Abraham, Rodolfo, and all the amazing gentlemen! The pool was amazing; different sections of the pool made it interesting every day. The entertainment staff had something different every day. Oh, and the water was heated! On the days when it was a bit colder than expected, the heated pools hit the spot. If you got hungry, they had a grill by the pool areas! Our only critique/comment is regarding the restaurants. The wait time for some of the restaurants was unnecessarily long, and when we were finally seated, there were empty seats inside! Also, the information on the resort app was inaccurate. Dreams Jade should consider taking reservations from the app and maximizing the space inside the restaurants to avoid long wait times. Otherwise, our family and friends had an amazing time!

(very nice beach) but they would only change bedding if ask too, would not always stock the fridge, men could not eat anywhere other than the barefoot grills unless they were wearing a sleeved shirt, you can't swim after 7:00 pm, entertainment was not great, the only place to get a drink after 11:00 pm was at the loud disco, no sit up chair around the pools just loungers, small portions for meals but tasty,
