Property very clean, staff very attentive to needs, food diverse and good

Food should be very good at an all inclusive hotel for guests to stay in the hotel, but unfortunately, the food is pretty terrible. I wanted to leave after 1st night and the location is so far out that you wouldn't take a cab out to go out eat or venture out. I should've believed other people's reviews about the food situation. Management also tried to get you to attend presentation to sell you membership in exchange for coupon and discount on other paid services in the hotel, but the use of that is very limited.

We lost one day because flight cancel, they promised for fix it but nothing happened!!! they give us room ( check in 8:30) !!! After we go inside bed was dirty and hair on bad !!!! After one day stay door doesn’t open we stay 40 minutes to someone came over and fix door!!! I’m not recommending at ALL Zero Star !!!

Very loud and noisy neighbors in the room and on the balcony at 2am - 3am on Wednesday and Thursday nights.

Ok so let me start off with they definitely need to have a free shuttle service to and from the airport. Second, even though we were caught in the middle of a Storm the staff was amazing. My friend and I Celebrated our birthdays. We want to send a hugeee thank you to the following ISA, Sebastian, Itzy, Pily. OMG.They made our stay amazing. The staff by the pool was great too I wish I could remember one Particular guys name. The food was pretty good. The the steak and sushi was very tasty. The beds were super comfy. The mirror by the exit door was great. Overall the stay was good.

We LOVED the cleanliness of the property, rooms, and restaurants. The food was fresh and tasty. Loved all their restaurants and staff was attentive and wore masks while serving, even around the pool! Thank you!

I had great experience with check in and Taniya was a great help every second check with us to make sure everything is ok, i was celebrate my husband's birthday they did great decorations in our room, cant say enough how we were pleased with everything, we will back again, special thanks to Taniya

The facilities were great but the staff seemed to rush us during each of our dinners. It seemed like they only served the higher level guests with the best service and most attention.

Several restaurants to choose from. Service was excellent, especially pool drink service by Roberto, Armando, Ruben just to name a few.
