The breakfast buffet reportedly starts at 7 a.m., but it was always 5-10 minutes late. For those of us who had to be at our daily activities by 7:30-7:45 a.m., losing 5-10 minutes meant shoveling food into our faces to avoid missing our activities. Three of the four treadmills in the gym do not work properly. The belts slip badly, making use of the treadmills very unsafe. I used them on a previous stay nine months earlier and reported these problems back then, but the problems were not fixed. The rooms facing the street are very noisy because clubs there blast music until the early morning. Bring earplugs if you want to get any sleep. I doubt that I’d stay there again.

Great location , getting a marina view is a must ! Clean rooms comfortable beds , and the included breakfast is wonderful . The staff are friendly and attentive . Convenient and walkable to everything .
Tesoro is a great property. It was our first time staying and now be our go to property in Cabo! Perfect location, close to all attractions downtown. Everything was very clean, with all new pool chairs and tables. The view from the pool is amazing!
The room was in the area which it has not been remodeled and the room is very outdated. The bathroom is old and crumbling. Tiles were missing and water will leak out into the bathroom floor, making it very slippery. Also, we booked Junior Suite and it didn't look like one. We made a round trip Private airport transfer and the transfer from the Hotel to the Airportwas in a shared van, not.
I liked the marina view The buffet breakfast delicious My husband and I wanted something light for dinner and order chicken soup (delicious) which was the perfect dinner to end our day. The staff at check in and at the restaurant very attentive making sure they met our requests!!!
Our first time in Cabo - and it was incredible! The staff is super helpful and friendly, the property is kept clean, and their breakfast was great! It was super quiet until a bus full of new graduates arrived, but that is expected - we have all been that age before.. We opted out of the all inclusive this go-round to check out the dining around the marina and we were not disappointed! Tons of hecklers around the marina, but they didn't wander onto the property so that was nice. All in all, we will be coming back!! Thank you Tesoro!!
If you like the same very basic food every day, roaches in the room, and the occasional sewage smell blasting into your room, you'll feel right at home.
Very loud at night during the day depending on where your room was I was by the elevator and heard everyone coming and going. Definitely no napping if you wanted one. Staff amazingly friendly and helpful
Location is great right on Marina easy walk to everything in town. Wonderful breakfast included with the room. Room had a great view but the he room itself was very small.
I was present at the property from Oct.8th to Oct. 11th. During all my stops the registration counter, there was no effort to check me in or address the confusion of a possible double reservation, no room or benefits of a stay I was charged for.
Beautiful and clean hotel along with great staff and the best breakfast buffet. I went with my teen daughter we loved the location. We will be staying there again.

The property is very CENTRAL to everything. There is the hum of activity from being downtown, but it was not overwhelming. The best thing for me was watching the marina activity. The negative for me was booking through my points, I booked a Junior Suite, but at the hotel, the Junior Suites are members only. More communication would be better to the points sights, so as to not have a disappointing first impression.
