The property was very clean and safe feeling, it was a little bit dated. The pool was really nice. The all inclusive buffet was enjoyed by all we had excellent staff, including Jesus and Jose at the Mare Nostrum buffet.
The staff at the pueblo bonita is top notch. Always enjoy our time there!

What I did not like was that some of food options were unsanitary, notable some dinner items. What I did like was the location, the friendly staff, and lunch options. I liked the free service to the Sunset Beach, and I liked Cilantro's food.
This resort is absolutely beautiful. Everything you need is right there. 24 hr room service, the pool and beach is within steps of your room. The entire hotel staff is amazing, from the concierge to guest services. There was only 1 thing that I didn't like. We had ants in our room. They were only in the kitchen area, in the sink and on the counter. I know it was because some of the other guests would leave their dirty dishes on the floor outside of their room. So of course that is going to attract them. Other than that it was an amazing vacation. I would go back tomorrow!

They gave us the wrong room we all had to go back to the front desk because my bracelet opened the suite next door instead of my room, my bracelet never worked but others in my party did have access to the room so I was ok. The pool was very dirty and we saw a huge bug and a lot of dead bugs in the pool even in the morning, staff took hours to bring us room service, they never cleaned the rooms, we had to be asking,the last night we didnt have water in the room and they acted like nothing happened, and we couldnt shower to come back home clean. Overall the worse experience let aline the food was trash.
This resort was outstanding, and I would highly recommend it to anyone. The staff went above and beyond. The entire resort was extremely clean and beautiful. We were very close to the marina and downtown for food, shopping and nightlife. We felt extremely safe the entire time we were there.

We had good service and no issues with our room. This is an all inclusive so of course the food/drinks are average or above average but not excellent. It often takes more time than you want to get pool side or oceanside service and the line at the bar is long and kind of slow but that's what you should expect at an all inclusive. Tipping well helps. The ability to use the other two properties is a plus, especially for some food variety. Of course you get tired of being solicited but that's part of it. Overall we had a really good time and I would recommend the resort.

We stayed with an all inclusive package the last week of April 2023. The restaurants were wonderful. We used both the Rose and the Pueblo Bonito properties. Liked the accessibility to downtown Cabo. It is an older property, but work has been done to update the property and the rooms. Restaurants and common areas were upscale and well accommodated.
