Excellent resort. Lots to do. Always entertained.
I booked 2 rooms for 8 nites. Safe in one room didn’t work One room was very musty and damp. Clothes were damp to the touch. Everything had to be washed when we got home. Second room had to be sprayed multiple times for bugs. Everyone in the room had multiple bites over their bodies.
Very close to the marina, the restaurants are great one is always open, staff very professional and friendly. Rooms are a bit small but very comfortable
Horrific
We have stayed at this resort several times. We ha e never had such a horrible experience with the spring breakers. The staff of the hotel worked so hard and ot was just unbearable at night. My suggestion is to house them separately from the older crowd and have security. We love this place but will not go back during this time.
We were suppose to get a free shuttle and it didn't work. Very noisy for the 4 nights staying there. Curtains were dirty for just being remodled. Fighting outside and playing liud music. Didn't skeep at all.
Riu was a nice and convenient place to stay. I liked that it was family friendly. The reservation options were a bit much. Other than that, the staff was nice. We had a great time.
There were plenty ofboptions forbdining, but the food was similar in each restaurant and mostly lacked flavor. It wasn't bad, but wasn't flavorful and not much variety.

We liked the water park. But it didnt seem like a 5 star resort. No room service and many bars were closed at odd hours. Barely any wait ataff to bring drinks around the pools. Sometimes we had to do a 10 minute round trip walk to get drinks
Todo muy bien solo las bebidas no estaba para mi gusto no tenían variedad de tequilas y cerveza y lo que se me hizo triste el 24 de diciembre para nada k hicieron nada de festejar dar el abrazo bailar etc solo tocó una banda de rock un rato ya ya me hubiera encantado música de mariachi o para bailar esa es ci mi humilde opinión
