Staff was very polite. Food was cold morning, noon and evening no matter what time you ate. Adult pool was very dirty. Entertainment was not that entertaining.

The property was very nice, but the all inclusive was very confusing as room service was not included and with other resorts, it typically is included. Also, a lot of issues with the water, the hot water was scorching, and there was no cold water when we would take a shower at night. The restaurants offer the same food from the buffets, but advertised differently. There is no coffee service being offered between the morning and lunch buffet, and the dinner buffet. There’s no place to be able to grab a coffee in between while those were closed so that was a little bit of a bummer. The place overall was great and we had a fantastic time, but just a few improvements here and there especially for a five star resort. Thanks

Everything was amazing . My only complaint was I had 2 hour free early check in and got there at 11am. Went back up at 1 and they gave me access to the buffet but no room. Didn’t seem like they made any effort to get the room ready at all early and I had to ask 4 different receptionists. Finally checked in at regular time at 3 pm. I got an early flight bc I thought I would get early check in. So I was there 5 hours before I actually got my room. It was also a very slow day for check out and check in bc it was rhe iron man race. Little frustrating but the staff and resort was wonderful . I would absolutely come back

Very empty resort and no environment. Food was okay

I like the walking distance from the beach.I didn't like how they showed pictures of the premium room that included a jacuzzi it was disappointing it was just pictures false advertising.

Great pools, friendly staff, close access to beach & clean safe rooms. Food was below average, very loud club music all day, long wait lines to check in & concierge. Waited 1 hour in line to make dinner reservations with concierge, just to be told all restaurants are overbooked.

This was our first trip to Cabo and absolutely loved it. The hotel was very nicely kept and the grounds were beautiful. The best was the staff! All were so nice and very helpful. Would not think twice about staying here again! A big thank you to the whole Staff!!!

I do not understand the bad reviews. For the price or the hotel I feel like we got what we paid for. Pros: cleanliness, helpful staff, beautiful grounds, not too crowded, VIP bartender and food on the weekends, proximity to nearby attractions and close to airport. Cons: limited food options during the week. My husband and I booked a last-minute honeymoon and we really enjoyed our stay. I would recommend for budget conscious people that are more concerned with a clean, beautiful environment and care less about food. Get the VIP package. It’s worth it. You can’t drink anywhere else before 11am.

Staff was great. Everything was clean. Food was great but making reservations was time consuming.

The employees were all so helpful and friendly..location made it very easy to get to San Jose and only 20 minute by uber to San Lucas
