Relaxed atmosphere with world-class service and dining. So easy to have a great time with on-site pool complex and beach access.
We do not like being worked over the day we land to have a timeshare presentation. we just want to get to our room and start relaxing. If they could change that, we would be very happy.
This is a beautiful resort. Very reasonably priced. Excellent staff and service. We have vacationed in this resort every summer since 2008. We love it.
I have not one complaint about the room, staff, or the services.
even though we had a reaervation, they were overbooked, and they handled it VERY poorly. we had to switch rooms multiple times, were left without a room for almost an entire day out of our 3-night stay, and constantly had to follow and check in at the front desk to ask for updates
Great hotel if you are a time share holder. As a guest. Good luck. They only give you rooms facing nothing. Streets. Are room was beautiful, however it was located over the hotel AC units. Could not open doors & windows so noise. No ocean view room. Street only or pee a boo view. Time share holder get the best rooms. Best seats at restaurants. Hotel is very nice. Great staff. Great pool. But it's about the time share.

Besides the initial "time share pitch", it was a beautiful and wonderful stay. Great restaurant choices/variety, great pool with service (villa Del Arco happy hour is only an hour which could be stretched to two), pool chairs and towels available by pool or ocean, large spacious rooms. Amazing bathtub!!! You can walk along the beach to get to town, or a $9 taxi to downtown area. We will be back again!
Just a great Place, have been going to Cabo for over 20 years. This now is our first choice of all resorts. Thank you Steve & D from Oregon
Would definitely do it again. Was promoted as all inclusive but was not. Must have missed the small print that said all inclusive (available). Overall a great experience.
Staff is rude hidden charges can't bring friends to the hotel awful so many other places to stay
Nice hotel but majority of the elevators were out of service. Arrived to hotel at 130 and was able to get my all inclusive wrist band but had to wait until after 4 for my room key, wouldn't even let me at 345 not impressed with that. And with all inclusive there were certain surcharges, like room service was $2 delivery each order but food free. And fridge was not stocked not even coffee maker.

It was a clean, safe, fun hotel. The pool and facilities were great. The staff was very attentive and welcoming. The nachos were the best! Beach was awesome but the vendors were overbearing and there is no rest from their relentless hawking of their goods. Avoid the time share presentation at all costs.
What a fantastic resort! From start to finish, it was truly fantastic. We had read reviews that you get dragged into time share presentations and they won't leave you alone etc etc etc all for a free, glass bottom boat tour - the glass bottom boat tour is $10 per person (tops). save yourself the moaning and say no to the presentation! We declined the very polite invitation to the time share presentation, and that was literally the last we heard of it. We were on the all-inclusive, which is a must have. small issue is that you have to sign for everything that you get, all the time - but if you're sitting round the pool, you have one server all day and he runs a tab for you so you only have to sign once. All the staff are fantastic though, they are attentive, friendly and want to be there. The food on the all-inclusive was incredible. The Neptune restaurant was our favorite, amazing views and the food / drinks to match. El Patron was also up there. We didn't manage to try the ones at Palmar as we couldn't leave those two restaurants. If you want a relaxing break with breathtaking views, excellent food / drinks, this is the place. The entire hotel, including the bathrooms surrounding the pool area were kept spotless at all times. The maids do a wonderful job. Wifi is temperamental in the rooms and doesn't work at all in the gym. One thing I have to mention is the sun lounger reserving - to get a sun lounging in the morning, you have to be up at 6 30am to get one. If you want a good position ie. facing the beach you have to be up at 5am to reserve. Don't believe the note they hotel gives you about no reserving sunbeds - first two days were not in a great position round the pool, and then we clocked on!
The hotel was nice, good location, but the service was really poor. Very disappointed for the money paid.
