The property is beautiful and the rooms are very spacious. Everyone is great Chris the concierge is very knowledgeable and professional his the best. Also Andrew from the Hyatt sales team is awesome we love our stayed my niece really enjoyed her Bday celebration thank you!

For anybody going to Cabo, I would definitely recommend staying here. The pool view is amazing, the rooms are nice and big. When we first got there, they gave us booklets and pamphlets on activities we could do connected to the hotel. Kristopher at the concierge was extremely helpful! He went above and beyond. When trying to book the excursions, he came through with suggestions for us and explained the activities and pricing down really well, he actually saved us some money by suggesting one of the park’s bundles. Everyone was extremely friendly and welcoming throughout our stay.
Love the resort Would be nice to consider offering free breakfast to your guests and not charge so much for everything. Thank you so much

Buyer beware - we were told there was protection on our reservation. We had a positive covid test the week prior and Orbitz indicated that we would get our money back from the resort. That hasn't happened - on the flip side when someone tests positive at the property - their stays are extended so the resort is willing to accept the additional cash but not willing to be a customer advocate when someone is faced with a posittive covid result!

We had such a great time at this beautiful resort. The rooms were nice, food was delicious, can’t forget about the infinity pool and the views...breathtaking. Great and friendly staff but Jose and Rufinno at the pool bar were amazing which made our experience at this resort even better. Fast service with great personalities, had us laughing the whole time while pouring some delicious cocktails. Can’t wait to come back!
We've stayed at this location twice now and have loved every minute of it! It's a gorgeous location w/ views and the staff is very attentive and friendly. The food is delicious and def a must try!! It's not too far from downtown either if you want to shop or bar-hop [15min taxi ride].
It’s a paradise alright but customer service is very poor. It’s a tourist trap. Everything is pricy. The food at Estrella’s is so bad and overpriced. It’s very isolated so you need uber or taxi to go to Walmart or to downtown.
This property was excellent but upon my arrival home they tried charging my card an additional $1000.00. Not very happy!!!!!!
