Nice and clean big pool and beach. I did not like that it is impossible to find to sit somewhere around the pool if you do not wake up before 6.am. All of the chairs were busy at 6am.

Amazing experience at Hyatt Ziva. Spectacular views, with so many pools. Food options are fairly good. They could add more more vegetarians and vegans. I liked artisan market, beach access and kid zone
The best family friendly resort. My son is 2.5 and he loved all the kid activities. Each day they host a kid craft and the staff were so wonderful and patient and caring with him. Kids Club was such a gift! There’s also plenty of fun for the adults. The tequila tasting was amazing. The music was great and we loved all of the restaurants. Especially Hacienda Grillg
The property was very nice, the people who were in charge of the storm process were very mean and dishonest about the whole situation. They locked us in a room downstairs for 24 hours, hours before the storm was supposed to hit and 6 hours after it was gone. Staffing was there issue even though they did not say that. They chained the doors so no one could leave and I am sure that is against all fire codes , I have been through other storm issues at other resorts and this was a terrible time . Worst I have ever seen. We will not ever go the HYATT ZIVA again . We had been to Puerto Vallarta, and Cancun and now Cabo . We will go somewhere else.
Property older and room closet smelled so bad we couldn’t use. Room stayed warm at lowest temperature reached 78. LOTS of kids! There was an adult only pool but didn’t have ocean pool. Cabanas and shaded lounges costs over $100/day to rent. Buffet was not very good. Had better at 3 star hotels. On plus side staff was VERY friendly and lots of things to do.
I loved the grounds and the service provided. There are more than plenty of restaurants choices with exceptional options. To be specific, the service provided by Adriana for my 33rd anniversary went above and beyond anything and everything, I expected. Thank you Adriana for making this one of my top 5 experiences! Also, the Tequila bar and Italian restaurant staff are the best in the business, ANYWHERE! Thank you so much!

The grounds were beautiful and clean. Staff was ok, rooms were spacious, nothing to after 10pm
