This hotel was hard to find. I had to ask around for "Buenavista Spa hotel". The pool needed renovations. My two kids had cuts in their feet due to missing and loose tiles in the pool. With the cuts, they can barely walk. I spoke with the Owner about it. Also the room and the bathroom needed upgrading. The bathroom is very small and old. I would suggest go to a town near by called "Los Barriles" they have better hotels.
Great location and very friendly staff the kitchen is very good and all our meals were fresh and tasty. We even ordered sandwiches for a snorkel trip and they were delicious. Pool area is great and I can’t say enough about the staff. Make sure to stay near the pool since the rooms in the back need to be updated.
$150+ per night for a small cramped room with a more cramped bathroom. Terrible wi-fi No tv Lousy A/C Non-accomodating front desk staff. Only stayed 1 night Best thing is that Orbitz stood tall & refunded me 3 nights when I moved out after 1st night & gave me a $25 credit.
