Very nice getaway opportunity. Huge pool, spacious rooms, very clean and friendly staff. However a little more attention to details would be nice for this kind of luxury hotel.

I would like to express my deepest gratitude to all the incredible staff at Amwaj Rotana, and especially to Basit, Kelass, Vector, Osama, Nasveen, and Dobbee, for their swift and compassionate action in locating my 80-year-old mother Luiza when she went missing on the beach. Thanks to your prompt response and care, she was found safe and sound within 10 minutes.
Words cannot fully express how thankful I am for the way the entire hotel team responded to my concern. Your attentiveness, professionalism, and genuine concern brought us immense comfort in what could have been a very distressing situation.
A heartfelt thank you as well to the beautiful city of Dubai for being such a safe and welcoming place. We came to celebrate my mother’s 80th birthday—her heartfelt wish was to visit Dubai, a city she dearly loves. This experience has made our stay even more meaningful.

I’ve been to 73 countries and this is hands down the best hotel I’ve ever stayed at in my life. I’ve returned 3 times ever since I discovered it last year. Now if they could just reduce the price of food at this hotel, it would be perfect. Go during summer (June-Aug) to get a good rate.

The building is absolutely stunning. The restaurants for a high level experience. The staff, Gloria at welcoming door is absolutely kind. Ana at reception with the manager, very efficient and kind. The lobby has amazing views and the coffee gorgeous.

First let me just say that the guest services at RIXOS The Palm Dubai Hotel and Suites started long before I arrived. I called the hotel a week prior to my departure and was transferred to Mr. Usman. Mr. Usman assured me that my stay at Rixos The Palm would be exceptional and it was!!! The location and the picturesque views from my well-appointed spacious Sr. Suite are simply beautiful. I am a World Traveler, Bonified Foodie and a Wine Connoisseur. I found all of the dining options at Rixos The Palm Dubai to be pleasingly delicious to my taste palate. I especially enjoyed the Lamb Kabobs at The LOCO Steakhouse and The Chocolate desert at the Lolivo Ristorante! Every single person from guest services to housekeeping to Concierge to The Ajana Spa were very professional and attentive. Whether you are a single traveler, like myself or planning a vacation for the entire family, the Rixos The Palm Dubai Hotel and Suites is how you want to experience Dubai! I highly recommend..

Resort is wonderful and we enjoyed the restaurants, the pool and the beach. Apartment itself could have been handed over and maintained better. Bidet was not functioning properly and guest toilet close to entrance didn't have towels. Master bedroom stand shower had faulty seal and floor slope was towards shower door causing water to accumulate. Little things that are annoying and not expected from a 5 star resort, especially when you are paying them a ton of $$.
Also I'd booked a sea facing resort and they have me a resort view. Check-in was delayed by almost 30 min and we had to wait. However on last day due to one of my family members health issues, the manager was gracious enough to give us a late checkout.
Barring some issues, overall stay was pleasant and relaxing. Next time will explore a different resort/ hotel in the Palm.
