It was an exceptional experience where the staff did all they could to make it a dream vacation. The breakfast buffet was great with full of choices. The food in the restaurants was also very tasty. There was always space in the pools and since it is very well serviced with lifeguards, it gives a big peace of mind for the children. Taxis were always available if needed to go to town (and the hotel was always welcoming to help with child seats). Rooms were clean and spacious. All in all a fantastic experience. Highly recommended for families.

Great experience number one hotel in Dubai
This was one of our best hotel experiences. It was perfectly located and beyond the impeccable cleanliness and beautiful, well thought out layout, the staff is what made this hotel one in a million. They go above and beyond to make you feel comfortable and welcome. Every staff member greeted us every day and remmebered us. we never had to call for a taxi, they left the room spotless everyday and helped with anything we needed. 2 staff memebers who made our experience memorable were khalid and Rupei. If you have the chance to meet them, consider yourself very lucky. We will definitely stay again.
I loved the overall experience at the hotel. The front desk staff did not give us any details about the hotel upon check in. We wanted to exchange money, go to a restaurant, the pool locations, gym, breakfast area and so on. When we upgraded the room she then gave us a map. I really thought they would be more helpful on excursions. They only point and you go no offer on what to do. But then I find that many are in Dubai for work and have little knowledge of the city. The cab driver to the mall asked me for directions to get there🙄
For the time we arrived at the hotel, to the time we checked in, the staff were more than helpefull. We reserved two rooms with double quin beds, but during the check In, I wanted to change one to a king bed on a higher floor, and the staff were more than happy to accommodate. The room were big and clean, and my toodler bed was already setted up in the room without requesting it. The service was impacable. Every time you called and made any request, someone was at your door in few minutes. I cannot understand why people make complaints for anything and everything about this Hotel; although, their staffing are alwas happy to assist. The beeach was closed two days before my check-out due constructions or improvements, but the Hotel managed to accommodate the guests, not only with transportation to another beach, but also a 25% reduction for beverages and foods to the another beach nearby. I undertand this may sound like inconvenient to some people, but please give me a break, constructions are part of improvements. If you know that in advance, then book your Hotel somewhere else. Do not give this Hotel a bad reputation because of your own decision. Do you want them to stop the construction becasue of you.
Beautiful view from the rooms. Hotel had amazing family pool and private beach. Breakfast was okay. There is small supermarket store on the opposite road just in case you need something in emergency.

I liked the wide variety of food and pool areas. The one thing that I didn’t like was are first three days we realized that the Air conditioning was not blowing cold air like it should be. After we realized they fixed it. Would of been better if working correctly from beginning.
