Alcohol was too high

Every thing from staff to the room service everything

outstanding service, offered an upgrade and offered to extend the stay

Good hotel with great service and food. Just alittle out of the way

The hotel was great but two issues in it. 1- the windows needs to be sound proof as I can hear all cars outside. 2- the doors need to be sound proof as I can hear sounds from tge Cara door. Otherwise it is a fantastic hotel.

We were in a club room and enjoyed tea in the afternoon and a continental breakfast in the morning, all included. We missed the evening canapés, going to the Dubai Mall to catch the sunset, and we missed the buffet breakfast because we had to catch an early morning flight. Can't imagine paying more for that other 7 star hotel with its 7 course high tea service!.

Stayed with kids on holiday to visit the sights of Dubai. While it's not the most convient location to access the main tourist areas, we liked the fact that it was quiet, connected to the Wafi mall, and had wonderful rooms and service.

Entire bldg really elegant. Beautiful and functional suite. Very attentive staff. Great on-site restaurants. Only negative is location. It's mid way from old city and the new hotels on the ocean and the mall attached to the hotel is not the "Hot" mall. It was easy to visit the other malls, but if you are looking for a beach experience (we were not), then choose a different hotel. Remember, this hotel is "world class" in every way.

I taught a class for a private company at Raffles Dubai on 18-23 June 2011. Raffles provided a room for training, internet access, laptops for students and instructor, a projector, and lunch catering. There was a brief internet outage the first day, but other than that everything was perfect. I'd definitely use them again for training in Dubai. They handled all aspects of the classroom setup, including the preinstallation of software on each computer. The daily catering was very good - we simply used the hotel's buffet each day for lunch. In addition, the hotel provided snacks in the morning and the afternoon, which were very good. I stayed at the hotel as well, and the guest service was very good. Laundry service is same-day if you turn in your clothes before noon. I didn't eat at the hotel, mostly because there was so much food during the day! The suite, which was the cheapest I could get there, was both inexpensive and very nice - large, nice view, well-kept and well-maintained. I don't know whether I'd stay there if I were in Dubai on other business though, as it's a drive from the downtown area. All in all, I was very satisfied with everything.
