Food is delicious! Very flavorful!

We had an amazing week at this resort. Every staff member we encountered were lovely and so kind. We booked the concierge style room which gave us an easy check in and check out. Everything we needed during our week we were able to call our concierge. Lanel and Shirlanda were amazing and so helpful. They scheduled our dinner reservations and booked our excursion without us having to lift a finger. True white glove service from these women. The room was comfortable and very clean. The beach, pool, restaurants, all the grounds of the resort were immaculate and so welcoming. The food was delicious and offered a good variety of options. Our room booking was also Harmony adults only so we were able to relax in peace on the beach sun loungers. We booked a cabana for the day on the other side of the resort which has walkable entry into the ocean. The main side of the resort has only a small beach and more rough water, but the cabana side of the resort had calm water. We want to give a huge shoutout to Bertha, Shass, Sham, Evelyn, Merlessa, Philma, Erksing, and Jedi… thank you for the hospitality and being so kind and helpful. Coconut Bay knows how to hire their staff and we were blown away by how welcoming every one was. Our only complaint for our entire week…. Not enough local Creole/Caribbean live music. Way too much American music (country and oldies). We were told management won’t allow local music.. that needs to change!!!!!!!

Poor buffet selection. Property grounds very limited

The property and the rooms were beautiful and well-maintained. The food could have been a little better for the prices being charged. In the room, it usually took too long to get hot water for the shower.

Location: the location is superb, right by the Pitons, very close to Volcano, Soufriere, Sugar beach and hiking trails. Food/Restaurant: food is good but not exceptional, limited choices and varieties. Room for improvement here. The view from the restaurants is incredible. Services: The staffs are the friendliest people, they went all the way and beyond to accommodate, help and serve. I couldn't thank them enough. Rooms: We stayed at #K (Gros Piton). It has 2 floors. 1st floor has a sofa, mini bar/sink, dining table/chairs, 2 chaises and a heated plunge pool with a jaw dropping view of both Pitons. 2nd floor has a bed, closet, bathroom and a long bench balcony overlooking the same jaw dropping view. Just love this room. I enjoyed every minute in Ladera and will certainly return to this paradise in the future.

Dinner Buffet was on alternating days. Almost non-existent pool waiter. Limited Lunch time window. Tipping is frowned & need to be sneaky to tip. Having to use refill H2O bottles since they use water stations instead, this is inconvenient to the vacationer. Worn down resort.

This is an extremely large property. The bathrooms very much need updating. It's over 2 feet to step into the shower. If you are older, they only have six rooms for handicap or you have the two footstep into the shower. Rooms are nice and large. Extremely Noisy!!! when they have the shows at night. Woke me up all most every night. The buffet was pretty much the same every day with a little bit of variation. You can go to other restaurants, but you must have a reservation. Guest services were the best! There are people here from all over the world all seem to be very nice. The staff is helpful however not many speak English.

Had a very nice time, very clean and well taken care of. Pro’s: lots of food options, pools and grounds were pristine. Staff was super friendly. Con’s : staff did not oversee beach and pool chairs,people left there towel there and never came back. Making it had to get a chair, some signage, or attendant cleaning up would help. Guest picking up after themselves would fix everything. Would not hesitate to go back,I’m looking at other locations that offer the same star treatment.

This place is wonderful if you’re looking for a little oasis and calm experience. I’m 32 and went on my honeymoon and had a blast. It has limited food options, but the food is pretty good. we got a pool in our cottage which is a must based on the limited options. The views are amazing. If you’re looking for relaxation and time with your person, this place is simply wonderful! Definitely do one of the floating meals as well!
