The staff was very nice and efficient with check in. The room had some cracks, torn carpet, no hairdryer! (who doesn't offer a hairdryer these days). Whoever was in the room above us was running, hopping, who knows what for at least three hours straight. Unbelievable. We could not sleep until they finally stopped. My husband, from our bathroom, could even hear someone from upstairs snoring. Nothing against the staff but we would not stay again.
