Flights Review

Jan 22, 2019

It would be more convenient to receive your seat number upon check in. I tried to have my seat number assigned at the gate 40 minutes before boarding, and was told, “the gate’s not even open yet.” I was then told that they would call my name when they knew my seat number. The response was slightly rude and overall inconvenient. Everything else regarding the flight was great.

Sep 17, 2018

Plane was on time and made up for lost time on the crowded runway.

Mar 5, 2018

Overall I had a great flight. The automatic check-in kiosks are much clunkier than Southwest's, which is my usual airline. Streamlining that process would be nice, but it was still super quick and easy.
