Seats are small
It was hard to find my united record locator number from the Orbitz email. I had to load itinerary online to check but it was slow
Don't like having to pay for a better seat
The staff were very friendly and took special care to give me small items for my personal comfort, like a cup of hot water so I could make decaf tea or coffee.
Staff made a difficult and hasty check in and transition possible and pleasant
I want to thank the young lady who helped me get my luggage checked in. You were awsome. My card got demagnitized and she helped me out . Thank you so much.
I was happy with the service. There is something I would add, but it involves ALL airlines, so it wouldn't be appropriate to gig United alone.
Family boarding is too restrictive- used to be kids/family friendly - now only if under 2 does it count. Not loving it.
I did NOT get free baggage. I paid $25.00 going and $25.00 coming back. The captain kept us well informed about the bad weather.
Right on time
