Staff were very pleasant. The area and rooms were very comfortable. Breakfast was very good. Our only complain is we book places specifically for a hot tub which always means it has jets. This one is just a hot pool no jets and unfortunately the pool is frigid and needs to be mildly heated to be enjoyable. It's a polar plunge. Dissatisfied with that but everything was great. Ty

The staff both at the front desk and at off-hours customer support were extremely kind and helpful. We had a flight delayed/postponed over to the next day and were worried our hotel/stay would get cancelled. We were able to reach out to the off hours support team who made a note of our late arrival and then the front desk staff ensured our room was ready and available for when we reach.
