Such a beautiful resort with wonderful amenities! We'd absolutely return! We loved the private island, pools, waterpark, live music, pool tables, coffee shop, and restaurants. The room was very clean, grounds well taken care of, and staff so nice and helpful! It's a large resort but was quick and easy to get around. Lots of restaurant options but food is a little pricey. This is a resort you come to, park your car, and just enjoy everything it has to offer without needing to leave. You'll enjoy every minute, make incredible family memories, and love the ocean views...just book it, you won't regret it!!

The hotel is overrated. The furniture in the rooms are filthy, and with so much condensation the floors are a fall hazard. Poor quality Wi-Fi and we’re charged $5 for utensils for our room service order. We could never reach the front desk even prior to check in to set up special in room services. The staff was very lackadaisical. This anniversary stay was very disappointing.

The staff is what made this stay a win win! Thanks to Alex and his recommendations we had a great time. He definitely made up for the construction noise and the roof top being closed. To the owner or owners if it was not for your staff we would have left after the first day due to not being told about the construction.
