The hotel is a 2 star hotel at best. Overall the room decor and furnishings looked old and outdated. We noticed we did not have a shower curtain up so we called the front desk and the security guard/only staff on duty said he’d have to find one. We ended going down to the front desk to get it. The water wasn’t hot enough in the shower but we made due. The fan didn’t work in the bathroom and water some how leaked out of the shower into the wet area in front of the sink space. Also I feel like the toilet seat was beyond its useful life and needed to be replaced. The sofa couch did not have any sheets nor were there any extra sheets or blankets in the closet. And the mattress was old and needs to be replaced at this point. With every single turn all you could hear were the springs. And last as it relates to the room, the carpet definitely needs to be replaced, again it looked past its useful life. Overall, the lobby area looked decent. Only one elevator was working and the ice machine on the 3rd wasn’t working. I would not recommend this hotel.

The review and rating is about the experience we had for dinner at the hotel restaurant. Never have I seen so much staff in the kitchen to deliver so little food in such a long time in a night when the restaurant was at below 20% occupancy. Allow me to add the food was mediocre, and not matching the menu description. To top it, it was grossly overpriced for the quality served, which basically was straight out of a Sysco truck. The only highlight was watching the staff as the arguments, useless flor manager and kitchen staff turned it in a farcical spectacle. Besides that, rooms were fine, clean. Bedding was fine if not great.
