You need to do something about the fact that people in seats in front of you have the ability to lay their seat in other passengers laps Dealing with this for an hour or two is exasperating Try it yourself and you will see
It was a small plane but a comfy flight.
Luggage didn’t make it but was delivered to our house the next day.
On time departure and slightly early arrival
The front part of the airplane is more noisy than the mid-part of the airplane.
Wasn’t happy with the one hour delay sitting on the runway in Baton Rouge and almost missed the connection to Washington DC
Staff made it good.
Unfortunately, a few of the planes were dirty. I was one of the first passengers to use one of the toilets and it had not been cleaned at all. In fact, it looked like a public restroom in a public park. Someone completely forgot to clean it. And lastly, my fold down tray had food still on it from a previous flight. These two occurrences were on different fights.
Everything went well
Super! Will fly with you from now on
