The young lady was very pleasant but it was slightly annoying to have to scan my card several times before it processed the payment. The room is nice but downside is we can't sign in to prime to watch the football game and the robe in the room is dirty.

Excellent Stay! Exceptionally Clean and Beautiful Resort! The Christmas decorations looked amazing! The art-work within the hallways were such a treat to view. The Chapel is beautiful and peaceful. The resort has very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable staff, especially the two front desk ladies with similar names, Stephanie and Steph :-) Thank-you for an absolutely wonderful stay!

Our stay was average overall. There was no daily housekeeping, and when we requested towels from the front desk, it took about an hour for them to arrive. Several elevators were out of service, and after waiting nearly 30 minutes, we decided to take the stairs from the 20th floor. Unfortunately, when we reached the 14th floor, we encountered a sign warning that continuing further would trigger an alarm. When we tried to return to the elevators, we discovered we were locked in the stairwell. Thankfully, we had cell service and were able to call the front desk, who sent security to let us out.
