Flights Review

Jan 29, 2020

The flight attendants constantly offered drinks and seemed eager to make sure the passengers were comfortable. Bathrooms were also well equipped.

Dec 13, 2019

The only thing i didn't like was the seats...too small, tight and uncomfortable for a long trip. Good for a 4 hour flight....any longer than that not too confortable.

Dec 4, 2019

Bathrooms need more cleaning

Nov 7, 2019

Best transatlantic in years

Sep 1, 2019

Need to improve breakfast . They serve only a muffin which isn’t enough food and all carbohydrates

Aug 28, 2019

Uncomfortable seat

Aug 21, 2019

One of the flight attendants had a bit of attitude but otherwise very pleasant flight. The distractions such as announcements were kept to a minimum which was great being an overnight flight. Otherwise comfortable as it gets in economy

Sep 30, 2018

Bathroom wasn’t good. Really smelled like urine and there was no soap. Very gross to eat with no soap.

Jul 22, 2018

Every time I took Austrian airline in the past, something goes wrong; reservation is missing, the cabin is too narrow etc. unlike the past experiences, today was very good over all. The food was very good and the staff were friendly

Jul 2, 2018

+++ The great thing is the food! - Service is technically ok but you don’t feel the warmth like e.g. on Emirates. - The electronics on board are a continuous problem, on this flight the inflight entertainment reacted very slowly to touch-screen input or reset completely.
