Overall the property was amazing. The all inclusive is not what I’m use too, but the food was definitely delicious since it’s was done to order. Overall the staff was great food was great. You have a pool in the room so having only one pool on the property was fine.

Excellent experience

The clean room, staff and beach view were amazing. The little let down was the minibar in the room was not replace daily, and there was no snacks available if your purchase the luxury pool view room. Also, be mindful in the night, the alarm flashs continuously through the night. Overall, I would come back again.

Four days before my arrival, I contacted the resort to let them know I would be celebrating my birthday and requested that my room be decorated. When I arrived a little after 12:00 p.m., I waited nearly three hours for my room to be ready, and it still wasn't decorated. I was told it would be done the following day, but it never happened. Eventually, I informed both the resort staff and Expedia that it was no longer necessary. Although I did receive an apology, the lack of follow-through was very disappointing. The staff throughout the resort was not very helpful. It often took speaking with multiple employees before finding someone who could assist, and many staff members seemed to have limited authority or access to resolve issues. Unfortunately, several employees were also rude and unprofessional. I wasn't the only guest who experienced this, as I heard similar complaints from others during my stay.The restaurant staff also had poor attitudes, which made dining unpleasant. This is not my first time at an all-inclusive resort, and I was surprised to be told I was limited in what I could order or enjoy. The resort also has far too many rules and restrictions for guests, which took away from the relaxing experience I expected. To make matters worse, on my last day, my room key was deactivated at checkout wasn't until 12:00 p.m. My luggage, carry-on, and personal belongings were still in the room, so this was both inconveapproximately 11:10 a.m., even though checkout was at 12
