We have staied 3 times befor and this last experience was not the same since the staff was very rude and the room totaly unconfurtanle. Sad experience because we love to stay and recomend Hacienda Los Picachos.

I travel a lot and have stayed at some really nice 5 star hotels. I like Live Aqua much more than the other well known 5 star brand in San Miguel as it feels hip and less stuffy than the others. It is chic and great people watching.
