It was a clean hotel with friendly, Helpful staff. No coffeemaker in the room. Free coffee in lobby from 7 am. Street noise as it's on major corner. Subsides after 11 pm. On site parking is limited. Had to park in paid lot across street. They do credit your stay the difference if you park off site when you produce the parking receipt. Did not use pool or guest laundry. Only there one night. But pool area was beautiful and inviting.

All was great. There was one staff member that was trying hard sale for us to become Shell customers right after we checked in. We were tired and my husband was handicapped and we just wanted to get to our room. After telling her 5 times we just needed to go, I finally just walked away. Hard sale does not work for most people. It ends up casting a bad light on your staff.
