Closer to the beach. Shopping areas around the property. Limited house keeping. Front desk customer service not much helpful, could have been better.

Our stay with kids was difficult. We stayed a 15min walk from the lobby/pool in the Palace. The tram system runs very slowly and infrequently. It felt prohibitive to go back and forth for anything since it was so far. If we forgot a pool toy, it was 30mins to go get it at the run and come back to the pool on foot.
