We really loved our stay there. Definitely rent a car if you want to venture out. But the views the people were amazing! We will definitely be returning here when we come back to PR.

The price was right however you get what you pay for. We stayed 5 nights and no housekeeping was ever in our room except to check on a leaking wall after rain. The carpet was a soggy mess but no attempt to clean up was made. We tried to get the shuttle into town a couple of times but either there was no one to drive it or it was gone. We enjoyed walking however some times that shuttle would have been nice. People at the front desk were generally helpful - some more than others. Breakfast was abysmal although I appreciated the coffee machine. Hotel is a bit out of the way.
