Good seRvice

Jun 1, 2018

I was unhappy that I was surprised with having to pay $20 for one bag and $10 for the other. We were 3 hours early for the $10 bag but just under 3 hours early for the second.

Mar 29, 2018

I was a little concerned since we had not flown on local Ecuador airlines, but Latam was very nice. Just read the fine print because we had to pay an additional $20 per bag. But since the flight alone was only $35, that seemed reasonable!
