Our stay was decent for the most part. Our room smelled like cigarettes and had cigarette butts in it despite booking a non-smoking room. They also ran out of food Sunday for the breakfast. Wasn't make or break. Just my opinion on the stay

Property is located next to a busy bridge that is always backed up with traffic. It is not possible to walk to nearby restaurants or stores. Must have a vehicle to be able to go to surrounding areas even if they are close by. Hotel is loder in good condition, during our stay had to reset the air conditioning unit as it would only work for short period of time.

We had a good stay, it's clean and safe.

I love staying at the Harrahs Resort. Easy check in. They let me check in early at 1pm. Checking in early is based on availability of course, but I am happy they let me. Restaurants on site, casino is nice. I went to the spa, I took my mom for Mother’s Day. Easy check in there, my massage was amazing ask for Fatima! The other amenities were nice there. There is a small relaxation room, sauna, steam room ( was out of order when I went ), and a jacuzzi. We got free pool passes to go to the pool, must be 18 and older. My mom couldn’t get in cause her id was expired, so make sure you id it up to date. Highly recommend this resort to stay at.

We’ve been here several times and it’s always a good experience

The view and room was amazing. I checked in at 1am and it was busy with 1 person working the desk and that girl was so professional and efficient that the line moved fast. Great experience for a great value. Great place for kids
