The hotel staff was lovely and very welcoming. The property was extremely clean and well maintained. My only concern was the lack of storage space in the room. There was no closet or drawers available to store clothes, which made it a little inconvenient during the stay.

We really enjoyed 4 nights in Tokyo in rainy days because of the hotel. The room was very spacious, clean and well equipped. The staffs are kind and helpful all the time. The breakfast buffet was also excellent with variety of foods. The garden was in full bloom with Sakura. The hotel is near Shinagawa train station. Taxis are always waiting in front of the hotel so easy to get to anyplaces. We throughly enjoyed the stay.

The Continental breakfast and donuts were ok, nothing to rave about. The room for 3 persons was small, there was hardly any luggage space or space to move around.
