Disappointing from the time we checked in. The front desk person was annoyed to be working and was short with us. There were multiple things that I told her that she ignored and did the opposite of. We went to our first room and the smell of cleaning chemicals was so strong we had to go back down for them to give us a different room. Won’t be staying there again

The bathroom was dirty. They don't provide bathroom toiletries considering the price. The TV is old. For a Hilton, they don't renovate their rooms.
