The location of the hotel is very closed to the port as for our pre-cruise stay. The room was well kept, and the staffs are kind and courteous. Will stay again if ever come visit Yokohama!

Lovely all around! Stayed in a tower room overlooking the harbor and park. All staff were gracious and helpful. Breakfast delicious. The main hotel area was built in 1927 and holds craftsmanship of the times. Will definitely return after our cruise.
