Got a room for my dad and cousin to stay for the night so they didn’t have to drive home after a long day. They got into the room and the pull out bed hadn’t been touched in a long time. Long enough the springs had worn through the sheets. There were no other blankets for the pull out bed, they ended up needing to share the bed. Lastly they showed back up at my house at 5:30 am because the heat wasn’t working in the room and they were freezing. They had tried to talk to the front desk about the cold room and were told they would tell the manager when he came in at 8am…. They left early and cold. Very disappointed with this stay.
