Impressive

Very impressed with the hotel, including the check-in process to departure. The space to eat and the breakfast was wonderful. Never stayed at a hotel chain before. Will look for one in the future.

Very comfortable room and bed. Clean and attractive. Front desk staff very nice. Breakfast has gone down in quality. Every potato product was dry and unappetizing. No gluten free bread products. I heard a guest ask if something had egg or dairy in it due to allergies and the kitchen person shrugged and said she wouldn’t know “because it all just comes in a package.” The majority of the state abd services are great but I was bummed to see how much the quality has fallen with breakfast.

This hotel is perfect for a family who wants to visit Yakima. It's centrally located in town, the staff are super nice, the free breakfast is top notch, and the rooms are very well accommodated for a busy family of five with a dog. Will absolutely stay here again, next time we're in town.
