Over a good stay, but the property could definitely use an update and cleaning could have been better!, the overall highlight was how great the staff was.

We loved our stay here! The staff was so kind and accommodating. Their lobby is very classy as well, and offer wine and snacks for purchase. I missed their breakfast most mornings, .ut I heard many people say it was good. The room was very clean and spacious, but they are very quite (no fans), so bring your white noise if you need it, Unfortunately (and not the hotel's fault), the area is highly populated with homeless people, and I was approached many times for different things- smokes, money, a drink, a ride somewhere, cash, etc. I would still recommend this hotel, and look forward to staying there again if I ever make it to Yakima again.

Hotel Maison feels clean and spacious inside. The room I stayed in was large and had high ceilings. The included continental breakfast was actually pretty high quality and included things like fresh cut berries and pre-peeled hard-boiled eggs. The hotel also gives you a free wine tasting voucher per person, which is a nice touch. Some of the staff were brusque. Parking is not included ($10/night), and there's really nowhere else to park nearby for more than a couple of hours. Strangely, at least on the floor I stayed on, all of the rooms are on the same side of the building, and their windows face a tall concrete parking garage and neighboring tall, bland building. The hallway runs down the other side of the building, which has a great view and floor to ceiling windows. Most importantly, the WiFi is horrendous - do not be fooled by the "free WiFi" in their description. The fastest download speed I got anywhere in the hotel was 1.2 Mbps, but most of the time it wasn't working at all. There is no one on staff who understands WiFi either - I was told both that they did not know how to reset a router and that I should try connecting to the neighboring hotel's internet because it works better (even at 200+ ft away). Overall, this is probably still one of the nicer hotels in Yakima. Your experience will depend on what amenities you require during your stay. If I hadn't needed to use internet at all, I probably would have had a better experience.

Excellent check in and information provided Also breakfast available a 6:00 am

We enjoyed this hotel! From the moment we first entered to check in, it had a very pleasing aroma and we knew then we would love it. Made it to the room and saw that there were only 9 rooms on the floor which we knew would be quiet like we like. The room was very clean and comforting. Will love to stay here again.

Perfect location in Yakima. Close to tasting rooms and great restaurants. Hotel even sponsored a tasting one night. Met the owner. She gave us a private tour of the historic parts of the hotel. Good continental breakfast. I would venture to say it's the best hotel in Yakima.

Within walking distance to several restaurant and bars.

Not good value for the price. Feels like a budget business hotel. Rooms are dark, cheap finishes. Would expect more for $200a night in Yakima.

The hotel was clean, but lacks the charm we were hoping from a historic renovation. We were placed in a room that looked into the side of a parking structure with no warning. For $200 per night I expected a little more.

This is a beautiful restored hotel which is why I choose to stay here and pay $70.00 more a night then the Hilton Garden right next door. Staff were lovely and enjoyed the underground parking. But our room smelled so bad of a mildew smell. Which was strange because the room was so clean. When I called down to ask about the smell they seemed surprised and said maybe it was just the smell of the cleaning solutions the use in the rooms. There were appear to be very few rooms rented but they did not offer to move us to a different room. I tried to open the window but it was stuck.

Hard to find parking garage on arrival. Room needed more light. Good beds, and other furniture. Great continental breakfast. Sign in elevator re parking garage should be consistent with buttons (“Parking on B Level”. And not “Parking on Lower Level”). Garage door is blank. Should have sign right on door. Cookies are blah. Very nice and helpful staff. Welcome glass of wine was good wine and very welcome!
