A quick stay.

We really appreciated when we checked in after a long drive our keys were ready to go. It took less than 5 minutes to check in. The girl at reception was very kind and helpful. My only complaint was that the deadbolt in our room didn’t work.

The bathroom door would not stay open, there was a ceiling light missing, the tv was extremely difficult to navigate, and the refrigerator door did not stay closed.

At checkin the woman at the front fest was not friendly and barely spoke to us while checking us in. The elevator looked really worn down, there were holes in walls in the hallway and bedroom. Overall the place was not kept up and very rundown. We were surprised since we picked a Hampton Inn because they are known for being nice and clean.

Our first room didn’t lock. The second room was by a noise air unit so I turned it off. The elevator was dirty, but got eventually cleaned. The doors in the room wouldn’t close or swing closed. The good about the stay was the bed was comfortable

The property and staff were very good. However, our bathroom had hair (not ours) all over, there was a bug smooshed on the wall above the mirror and the room had big bugs like centipedes or something.

I had issue with room as I was allotted a room was in 1st floor. The hallway in 1st floor seemed dirty and a bad smell. Anyway the room inside was okay but in the closet was very dirty and stuff like toilet plunger was kept there. We had to request the front office lady to change the room and she was after some challenge able to give us a fourth floor room. Her name I forgot but it could be Peggy so thanks to her. Then that new room bathroom toilet was also dirty and not cleaned properly. I have a feeling the cleaning ladies there are not competent. Otherwise all other staff are very friend and helpful. The breakfast had great variety only issue the dining room was little small. The front office persons were friendly. The parking was plentiful and safe. There is a Mexican restaurant walkable and we enjoyed the dinner there. There is water fountain and ice machine and swimming pool.

We checked in. Went to the room. Smelled gross and humid but for the price decided to overlook it. But then we saw the stains on the sheets and comforters. Again, we had traveled all day and thought. White stains. But then we saw other peoples trash left on the floors and the bathroom had hair everywhere. We asked to switch rooms and I’m sure you are thinking, must have been a mistake. Nope. That room was just as dirty. Even after traveling all day we checked out.

We came off the road and felt welcomed by complementary desserts at check in. Staff was friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the pool and had it all to ourselves in the early afternoon! The pool was clean and the water refreshing! Breakfast was very good and met all our expectations! Great value!

The room was very dirty. Tissues under the bed, ripped sheets, stains on the comforter. The bathroom was filthy with hair and bugs piled up along the walls. It looked like it hadn’t been swept or mopped. Furniture was damaged also. Staff was friendly enough. Breakfast was mediocre at best. Would not recommend staying here.
