Had great difficulty finding the hotel. We circled the block 3times before finding it. Really poor signage. There’s a reason it has “Plus” attached to it. It’s the extra fees! Parking was $19 a night with no accessibility for a wheelchair. Even had trouble finding the tiny lot. Breakfast was “available” but at a cost of $25 per person. The room itself was nice but really was disappointed with the service/staff.

The hotel denied check in. Room was booked for an employee. Hotel was asking physical credit card for check in the guy didn’t have it.
