Only one night stay. Lobby and room very clean. Staff mostly friendly. Began charging for overnight parking which no other hotels in the area do, and didn't provide any advance notice. When I checked out they were supposed to email me the receipt but never did.

The staff was very very professional and friendly from the front desk to the staff during breakfast. The room was clean and in good shape - breakfast was great with lots of choices - I’m a hotel snob and found this to be just as good as more expensive options… a definite redo - half the price of hotels closer to UDel campus
