Hotel is very run down. We were in town for sports event so only needed a place to sleep/ shower. Everything was “out of order”- ice machine/ coffee machine. Felt very dated and definitely not someplace you wanted to spend time at. Had a cockroach crawling on my husband while he was watching tv.

Unfortunately this was a negative experience. I realize this was by no means a "nice" place to stay but I still believe in certain baselines. The room was dirty there was trash on left out, hair on the floor etc. The beds were made with clean sheets but that was all. TV didnt work either. Lastly, I picked this place because it advertised breakfast included. The only things they had were little packaged 2 bite muffins(likely from costco or similar. I think the room should be properly cleaned upon arrival and the listed amenities should be in place or its false advertising.

Terrible place

We tried to cancel the reservation once we walked into the room and saw that the room was not cleaned, bugs all over the place and garbage still in the bins. The hotel said they couldn't cancel the reservation, so we paid for a room we did not even stay in. We had to leave immediately. Is there a way were we can get a refund from Hotels.com

Our room was dirty. Extremely slow sink. Our bathroom tub had a wad of hair which i took a tissue cleaned out. The room was dusty, couch had awful stains. Carpet was not vacuumed and lamp tables were dusty. Whoever is doing your housekeeping there is definitely cutting corners. Would not stsy there again. It was really nasty. One positive thing was the air conditioner worked great.

Property was expected for price. Check-in was great. Had to wear socks or shoes in room due to dirty carpet & felt damp. Comfy bed. Rod to hangup clothes was in bathroom. Noise outside but could have been from non-guests. Needed room for early appointment at Christiana Care.

I wouldn’t wish this experience on anyone. The motel was in terrible condition — dirty, reeking of smoke, with damaged furniture and an overall sense of neglect. The staff seemed completely unaware of how uninhabitable the place was. It was so bad I couldn’t even stay the night. There was no hot water when I tried to shower, and I didn’t feel safe enough to sleep there — I was genuinely concerned about the possibility of bed bugs. The entire experience was disturbing, and I had no choice but to leave. Avoid this place at all costs.

Put my guys up as we were in town doing a job for a couple weeks. Paid for 1 week in person at a decent rate. The following week when i wanted to book the same rooms the front desk told me that the rooms would be $200 more a night!!! I went onto hotel .com and paid a little more than the first week. Scammers!!!! My guys were working nights and getting in at 4am from work only to be woken up every morning by maid service even when told to not disturb. Stay away from this place.
