Everything worked out with our rooms. The AC was leaking but was fixed. The hotel still has bad tv reception at times. This occurred on our last trip too. Staff were nice and accommodating. The hotel was close to where we had to visit. Will use again. Plus, love the free ice cream.

Great family vacation

First time going and won’t be the last. My family and I had an amazing time here. Very family friendly and very clean. Breakfast isn’t your normal hotel breakfast in my opinion. 10/10 can’t wait to go back

The front worker was amazing and so nice. She made check in so easy and helped us with any small issue we had like more blankets and pillows and soap. This was the best stay we had in all our stops on vacation.

The property was not clean. One elevator in use which took extremely length of time to use. Other elevator was out of service our entire stay the general cleanliness of the hotel, and our room was below acceptable standards. In our room, we found fingernail, clippings, cockroach, and dusty areas, which showed lack of thorough cleaning. Reported reported the cockroach finding two staff, and was told that management would contact us Monday following our stay. As of today, Wednesday I have not heard from the management staff. People staying in the room above us was banging, screaming, and making loud noises up until 2:30 AM. Positive of the hotel was warning breakfast was very good and poor amount of food, eating area was extremely clean. Staff overseeing breakfast was very courteous. Parking was easy and plenty of room parking lot shared with other hotel adjacent to the spring Hill suites.

Overall, we had a nice stay. Breakfast had many options. Negatives-hot tub needed cleaning, and the main floor ladies’ restroom was out of hand soap for three of the days I was there (toilet also not good at flushing.)
