There were so many problems with the room 332 that I really don’t care to mention. From tv not working to exposed AC wire to blond hair around tub, toilet seat completely loose that it was shifting about 1-1/2in left and right. Not mentioning the Bra that we found on the floor in the closet the moment we came in. I always stay at Hilton and quite frankly, I truly enjoy it. The Double Tree at Williamsburg is not our first rodeo but this time, it was just so many problems that it makes me wonder if I was just shoved in that room just because. Every state I go to, by myself or in this case with my family, we always enjoy the stay but this time, in Williamsburg at the double tree, we were very disappointed at the room 332. Last time there, we were on the second floor balcony and we truly enjoyed it. This time, we came out of it with a very bad taste in our mouth feeling that we were just shoved in there bc we were just another paying costumer and it was the very last room available. That room should never been offered to a client. The “blackout” curtain was stuck at about 2-1/2 ft from the wall and did not close. I really appreciated the front desk response to my complaint about the exposed electrical wire by the AC, the gentleman came fast and fixed the problem. Also, the TV that wasn’t working, the gentleman came to the room very fast and reset the box behind the TV. Only problem tho, everyone the TV was turned off, I had to turn the box behind, well, no more charact
