In this area, I would consider it one of the better options. Staff is friendly, breakfast (limited options) is complimentary, and room was pretty clean. Price is a bit high but you're in tourist country. Convenient location to Yellowstone Entrance and offers a quiet, mountain living scenic view. It is also close to a horseback riding excursion and "in town" dining options (18 min drive due to construction traffic).

Staff here are all lovely, especially the lady on reception in the evenings. Clean, quiet hotel away from the hustle and bustle of West Yellowstone but only 10 minutes drive to the park gate entrance.

Staff was absolutely wonderful, breakfast is quite a spread and very timely. We planned to visit the park very early and they had the breakfast ready at 5:45am! Kudos to the staff. Wonderful views of the mountains and the patio is nice.

Amazing stay! Very helpful and polite staff, and a nice breakfast. The only thing is that to get hot water in the shower or sink at night or early in the morning, you need to let it run for a while. The gentleman who works there at night/in the morning was very helpful and kind! The rooms are renovated and clean. Highly recommend!

We liked the property well enough. It was a few miles west of West Yellowstone, which was not a problem. Nice to be away from all the hustle in town and the setting was beautiful. Breakfast was good - we loved the cheese omelettes! Staff was very friendly and helpful. Only real issue is that the walls are very thin and the late arrivals and early risers were pretty loud.

Continental breakfast was the same every day and food that was supposed to be hot was not. They do not clean the rooms or make the beds. Only replace towels and take out garbage if you ask. Not the way a hotel is supposed to operate. Disappointing. Staff was very nice, but nearby construction added on another 30 minutes trying to get to Yellowstone. Would not recommend.

Room and bathroom were on the small side, with no space for toiletries. Also, be prepare to use the stairs. Other than that: the breakfast was a nice start for a long day of walking and sightseeing. Also, the staff was very friendly and willing to help to make your stay as pleasant as possible.

Beautiful location. Watched the sun rise over the mountains. Good breakfast. Trouble with the TV and requested to have it fixed. Came back to room and wasn't fixed. Oh well, don't go on vacation to watch tv. Just like to see the local news. Best hotel so far on our trip out west.
