The staff was very welcoming when we first got there and were a wealth of information to help us decide what to do. The lobby was cute and inviting. The rooms were very clean and spacious. The only reason I gave 4 stars for the facility is that it is quite loud when people are hanging out in the lobby (although our room was quite close to the lobby) and the shower head was not good. Other than that it was amazing. I would stay there again in a heartbeat!

Parking was good, everything on one floor. Room wasn't cleaned daily. Had to tell the desk you needed towels daily, they want you to reuse. The staff was friendly and sttentive. The rioms are small, not suitable for a family.

Overpriced !

The rooms are very tight, small bathroom sink with no room for your toiletries. Breakfast was terrible. Coffee was good and the view from the deck was nice. It’s way overpriced

Accommodations are basic but the rooms are clean and comfortable and the staff was very friendly. Good coffee but limited breakfast options. A convenient place to stay outside of West Yellowstone without being in the middle of town. Be on the lookout for moose crossing the highway!

We stayed at Mountain Vista Hotel in West Yellowstone and found it to be a great spot for our trip. The hotel is conveniently located about 10 minutes outside of town, making it easy to access Yellowstone Park. Everything was clean, and the staff was friendly and welcoming. The rooms and bathrooms were a bit on the small side, but since we spent most of our time exploring the park, it was perfectly fine for a place to sleep. The only challenge was that the hotel is a little hard to spot from the road, especially after dark, so keep an eye out for the turn. Overall, a good, simple stay for park visitors.

We had a wonderful stay here. The room and property were clean. We didn't have time to use them but the patio and front lounge/game room looked great. And the breakfast selection was great and offered more than i thought there would be.

The rooms and staff are great. Breakfast is Okay for being free, not a lot to choose from and it is free. Very loud, heard the other guest and the water running in the other rooms. Overall nice place. Close to West Yellowstone.
