The staff is kind. Room was a nice size & very clean. We had an issue with our TV not working properly. Friday night the staff member working came up and tried to get it going & she was able to get it on the landing page but it would go no further. She gave us new batteries for the remote but that did not help. Saturday we let them know it was still not functioning & she came up again and tried everything that we had already tried. She called every maintenance person she had a phone number for and was able to get one who worked in the adjacent building to come in however he also had no luck. They offered to switch our rooms but at that point we were completely unpacked & settled with our 4-year-old & it was a huge hassle to do that. When we checked out, they asked if it ever started working - no it did not.

There were no protein option save a jug of milk. The hot area was not in use. No eggs, bacon, sausage, etc. yogurt machine was broken. Coffee machines were not set up. The only options were dry cereal and baked goods. This was at 7:30 am. I left without eating. The room I stayed in had very dusty/dirty floors. The bed was very uncomfortable, hard as a rock. The shower had very poor water pressure and was warm at best.

I had an great stay at Kelly Inn west. I checked in fairly late and immediately felt welcome and at home. Steve at the front desk was super friendly and helpful during my 2 night stay and Barb is a sweetheart who helped me with the wifi. I plan on returning to explore the westend of the park in the spring/summer. The scenery is truly amazing.

Steve at the front desk went above and beyond for service. I was in town working on a construction site and after a long day of work all I wanted was a soak in the hot tub. Unfortunately I forgot my trunks. I asked Steve where I could purchase some but all the places that might sell them had closed. I went to my room and after a few minutes Steve came to my door with a pair of his own shorts and offered them to me to use. I gladly excepted and had a relaxed soak in the hot tub. Thanks again Steve, you rock!
