Calidad/precio caro. Mal servicio de limpieza.

No hay desayuno. No hay plazas de parking para todas las habitaciones. La habitación no dispone de aire acondicionado, sólo un ventilador y hace calor. La habitación tenía una puerta fina interna con la habitación contigua y se escuchaba todo. El servicio de limpieza de la habitación mal: una noche sólo se llevaron la basura, ni cambiaron toallas, ni repusieron nada en el baño, ni hicieron camas, ni limpiaron...nada, sólo la basura. De echo hasta se dejaron la luz encendida...0 profesionalidad. Hay hormigas.

Dreadful and unsatisfactory all around. Specifically, the carpeting was old and has probably never been steam cleaned, it was nasty. The fridge was unplugged with a freezer tray of warm melted water and a black hair on the top door shelf. The shower had no shelf or soap dish for toiletries. The mattress had pokey metal springs, noisy and should have been replaced years ago. At $212 for a night, this was terrible value. This was the worst motel experience we ever had. We picked it because of the proximity to the ferry, but that required driving back to the highway in a circuitous route which took more than 10 minutes. We will never come back here and hope when you read the reviews and if you want a clean place to stay, with good value, you will learn from us and choose another motel.

I would stay again First time traveler in this area. I was worried about being late to check in. I called and all was taken care of. We didn't have to check in at the office, it was all done and our room was ready. We chose this motel because it was super close to the ferry. Little did we know we had to backtrack, a long way, to get to the ferry. Luckily we had given ourselves lots of time, we just made our reservation. We wanted a roll-out bed, they don't have any. But we were informed of this ahead of time. Extra blankets were provided and my son was comfortable on the floor. He could have shared a bed with grandpa but... I would stay there again. I would have liked to explore the Village.

Convenient and comfortable.

Comfortable old-fashioned motel super close to the ferry terminal. Staff is friendly, there's a little sound leakage from neighbouring rooms.

Good place to rest your weary bones.

Enjoyable stay, front desk personnel were super friendly and accommodating of the details of our stay. Linens were clean, and the room quiet. Price was a little high, but then again Taylor Swift was in town so I’m sure lodging demand was high.

Excellent supportive staff. The option to purchase food and drink after hours is outstanding. The restaurant is a beautiful open concept. The staff were an absolute pleasure to interact with. Highly recommend this place. The surrounding area is so peaceful and welcoming. I especially love that park in front of the hotel. Wonderful shopping opportunities.

the bed was comfortable and the towels and sheets clean and white, but The furnishings are tired and the curtains torn. Nice bathroom, so hope the rest can be refreshed soon because at $300.00 a night, it is pretty tacky and I would not recommend it to my friends

The receptionist was fine but the motel is ancient! The carpet must be at least about 40 years old! The price of the room certainly does not reflect the amenities offered. Good location but going back to the ferry lane from the hotel was a bit confusing .

Definitely an older property with some parts upgraded, some parts not. Old fashioned key system but the door handle/lock assembly didn’t work. Housekeeping walked in without knocking. Hairpin on floor but otherwise pretty clean. Awful mattress but very nice lady at desk and easy checkin/checkout.
