My family loved our stay at The Blue House. The towels were new and clean, the beds were super comfy, and the little extra touches provided by the owners were very thoughtful.

The property was very clean and well stocked. One of the nicest VRBO homes we’ve stayed at. The host was very responsive and helpful.

Lovely stay at the blue house

We absolutely loved our stay! The house was everything we needed and more. Clean as could be, safe, stocked with towels and even water bottles and snacks. We were so relieved to have the cozy place to come back to after a long day visiting with family. We will definitely be back!

Convenient and Peaceful!

We chose to stay at this house because of its convenient location. We are so happy we did. Even though the house was built 100 years ago, the property is so well maintained and modernized ( kitchen and bathroom). It’s very clean and easy to get to the places we were planning on visiting. Dennis is super friendly and easy to communicate with. We really enjoyed our family time here together!

Perfect stay!

This house was perfect for a weekend away with my family! We went to the wineries and the location was perfect! We needed extra chairs for the fire and accommodations were made to make that happen! I highly recommend this house! My mom’s birthday weekend was awesome! So happy this was pet friendly too! Thank you for an awesome stay!

Very Clean and Functional, reasonably priced

Anniversary trip with wife and friends...this property gives convenient access to Finger Lakes wine trails and restaurants in the region. The property proved to be very clean and functional for our needs. The owner quickly responded to any communications and was interested in making sure we enjoyed our stay.

The house was immaculate and very spacious. I loved the old house. The renovations were tastefully done while keeping the original architecture. Everything was easy to find. I loved the mini dishwasher and the furnishings were top notch. The internet was great as i needed high speed for work. Dennis was also very attentive to any questions and hecwas so kind to clean the driveway of snow and even cleared off my car so i could checkout quicker. I would definitely stay again and would recommend his house to others.

It's A Wonderful House

We were in town to attend the It's A Wonderful Life festival in Seneca Falls, and we used the Blue House as a home base for our extended weekend. The house was beautiful and welcoming; large and comfortable for our "down time" between activities. Dennis was a great host, checking in on us beforehand to make sure everything was fine. We hope to return to the area, and certainly hope to return to the Blue House when we're there!

Excellent location and super clean

Located conveniently to go anywhere around Seneca Lake, from Geneva area and down to the Watkins Glen area. We drove down the east coast and up the west coast of the lake touring wineries, breweries, hiking, and great places to eat along the way and in Geneva! Very dog friendly patios too! Blue house was excellent location, super clean, comfortable for 4 adults and a medium size dog. Kitchen was great space with appliances, and anything you’d need for a weekend. Beds were comfortable and shower/washroom was very clean! Upstairs bedrooms were warm due to high humidity outside. Hoste had ceiling fans in bedrooms to help move air conditioning into the bedrooms from the hallway and provided an extra stand up fan to make it more comfortable. All in all a great stay and fun weekend!!
