I gave 5 Stars for the Housekeeping they clean our bedroom great despite of the place outdated. The sink always make an awful noise every time the water drains and it makes noise like “burping”.

This is a large Hilton complex with the Ocean Tower being a long way from the main lobby. Once you get your bearings it turns out to be about a 12 minute walk between the two. There is a tram to take you around, but if your luck is like mine, just as you walk up to the loading platform the tram is just taking off. You had better like the sound of chirping birds. And I’m not talking a few birds, it has to be many hundreds of them. I found the staff to be very nice and helpful. The view from my room was awesome with the ocean being in the background. Lots of nice paths near the ocean to walk.

The room was clean and spacious. The venue was HUGE and a bit overwhelming, and not a lot of information about amenities were given when checking in. I did not know how much walking we would need to do to stay at this resort.

We didn’t get a chance to try the breakfast, but it seemed to be really nice! We loved the hotel, the only difficult part was the distance from the ocean tower to the main lobby. However, if you plan your departure with enough time it shouldn’t be an issue! The hotel was very clean, beautiful, and the staff was very friendly.

Loved our room. We got upgraded to a two-bedroom which was amazing. Didn’t love the size of resort. Would not stay again. Would come for a day visit. Amazing property, but took so much time to get from one place to another. Had a negative experience with a recreation staff member named Grace. She came zooming up to my young daughters on her cart along the pathway and yelled at them to used common sense. They are 5 and 8 years old. I expect more patience from other adults working at a family friendly resort.

Ignored at check in. Confusing process. Long walk from parking to hotel, then to a train, then stood around while front desk talked to anyone who called on the phone instead of guests standing in lobby. Cheap amenities - paper cups?? Come on. Nice view.
