Hair Dryer: There are hairdryers in each bathroom.
Baby Equipment: Due to safety/sanitation/liability we do not provide baby equipment. Please refer to our Concierge Service page on for local company that rents, delivers and picks up baby equipment.
No Pets: All of our vacation rentals are pet free.
Parking: Parking for one car in the garage. Additional car is on a first come, first serve basis in any unmarked/visitor parking spots. Maximum two cars allowed. Halii Kai is a gated condominium community in the Waikoloa Beach Resort on the Kohala Coast of the Big Island of Hawaii. The Waikoloa Queens Marketplace Shops, Island Gourmet Market and Kings Shops are a half mile away and are great for shopping and excellent dining. Anaehoomalu Bay Beach is a few minutes’ drive from Halii Kai.
All of our vacation rentals include a basic “start-up supply” of: laundry detergent, garbage bags, kitchen sponge, liquid soap, dishwasher liquid, paper towels, toilet paper, conditioning shampoo, small bar soap, all-purpose cleaner and salt/pepper. Cooking oils, condiments, spices, food storage bags, plastic wrap and aluminum foil are not provided. Once the startup supply runs out, guests can restock at nearby grocery stores.

Although we have been to Hali’i Kai before, this was our first time in this particular unit. Check-in was a breeze, with access information provided well in advance. Instructions were accurate and clear. The unit was clean and nicely decorated. The location was an easy walk to the resort amenities and it was nice to have the resort fee calculated into the nightly price, so no additional charge was required at check in. Beautiful views from the lanai - incredible sunsets! Beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped. Although we didn’t use it, it was nice to have a grill on the lanai. I would definitely stay at this unit again as it was perfect for two couples. We stopped at the management office for our free gifts and chatted with the property manager and pointed out a few things that needed to be addressed. Would recommend this unit without hesitation.
