Beautiful, newly renovated penthouse with big views at the acclaimed Waikoloa Resort. This highly desired loft floor plan is located at the Fairway Villas, an exclusive gated community with elevator access. F34 has high ceilings and a spacious layout for up to six guests. The kitchen has been fully remodeled with quartz counters, colorful tiling and a bar counter that can sit four people. The living room has a large Smart TV, high ceilings and connects to the outdoor lanai through a glass slider. Enjoy sunset dinners on the lanai with expansive views of the green fairways and Kohala mountain. The master bedroom has a Purple Mattress king size bed, mountain views and a large en-suite bathroom (fully renovated in 2021) with quartz counters and a large walk-in shower. The guest bedroom has a Purple Mattress Cal king bed and is nearby the newly renovated guest bathroom, which has a large walk-in shower and a glass barnyard slider door. Wonderful Accomodations!

We have stayed at Fairway Villas 6 times and this unit did not disappoint! First step in the door was so fresh and clean! Comfy beds, upgraded kitchen and baths have everything you need for a terrific stay. We cooked for ourselves during our 21 night stay and the kitchen is well appointed. Plenty of beach towels and we really appreciated the new laundry amenities. Perfect condo for our family to visit the Big Island we ❤

Unit has been recently renovated; everything is new and clean. Third floor with a nice patio to watch the sunrise... convenient location for getting to A-Bay each morning. Very safe as we left our camera bag outside one night and it was turned in to the property manager.

The condo was lovely! Beautiful, clean, and well stocked with great instructions for everything. It had everything our group of friends needed to make our stay perfect. Plenty of space to relax and everything was brand new and beautiful. Location was excellent as well as quiet! Property manager was very helpful pre-trip as well. Would absolutely stay here again!
